About the Publication Portal
The ICAI Publication Portal is the centralised digital library for publications, standards, technical guides and study material issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and its committees.
The portal unifies fragmented access points into a single secure destination. Members authenticate via Single Sign-On using their SSP Portal credentials; non-members register and verify through email-based OTP. Every reading session is encrypted, rate-limited and governed by ICAI's digital rights framework.
